What we hold
- The email address you sign in with. We write to it when a file has been read, when a package is ready, and if a run stops before it finishes. Those are on for a new account; you can turn them off in your account at any time. One more message can reach that address, and only when someone asks for it on the forgot-password page: a link that sets a new password. That one is not covered by the switch, because switching it off would close the only way back into a locked-out account. Nothing else is sent to it.
- The carrier estimate and measurement report you upload.
- The roof photographs you upload.
- The job facts you type: claim number, date of loss, loss address, and the insured's name if you enter it.
Most of that describes a property and a claim. Some of it — the loss address and the insured's name — is about the homeowner, and it reaches us because you put it there.
What we do not want
Do not upload Social Security numbers, driver's licences, state ID cards, bank account numbers or payment card numbers. We do not need any of them to write a supplement. When we spot something that looks like one in a file you upload, we say so on screen and ask you to take it out.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic — your roof photographs are sent to Anthropic's model so it can describe what is in them. The carrier estimate is not sent; it is read mechanically on our own server.
- Our payment processor — handles your payment and sees your billing details. We never see or store your card number.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who decides what happens to it
You decide what to collect and why; we act on your instructions and keep the files so you can work on them. If you ask us to delete a job, we delete it.
How it is kept
Files travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted at rest. Each account's files sit in a separate folder and are reachable only while signed in to that account. Backups are taken nightly and are encrypted too.
Removing your files
Delete a job from the job page and its files go with it. To take back one uploaded file without deleting the job, use Remove next to it in the Files card. One record outlives the job on purpose: the supplement history kept for your account, which holds the claim number and the line items already sent, so a second supplement on the same claim does not ask for them again. It holds no uploaded files. Your company details and your company logo are also kept on the account, not on one job, so every package carries them. Remove the logo from the job page whenever you want. You can close the account yourself from the account page, and everything above goes with it. If you cannot sign in, start at the forgot-password page; if that does not get you back in, write to us at support@scopequeue.com.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We use one cookie, and only to keep you signed in.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so on screen the next time you sign in. The date at the top always shows the current version.
